General Questions

What is your processing time?

Most commissioned art products (with the exception of an oil painting) are made to order, so processing time is going to be 14-21 days from the time your order is placed. A specific processing time will be given to you when the order is placed, and a deposit, if required, is paid. If you need it by a certain date, please feel free to send an email and we will try our best to work with you to deliver in a time frame needed.


With everyday items in the shop (e.g. textiles, coffee mugs, etc.) processing is 3-5 business days.

Why is my order split into multiple shipments?

In order to get you your products as quickly as possible your order maybe split into multiple shipments as products may come from different warehouses. This will not change your shipping costs.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Shipping costs in the contiguous United states varies, so, most products will be subject to a flat rate fee of $9.99. Any orders over $100 will receive free shipping. Order Subtotal value must be $100 or more (gift cards and taxes not included). Please note: Free shipping does not apply to international or expedited orders or items with a noted Oversize Item Delivery Fee. Automatically applied at checkout when order qualifies. Does not apply to returns. Terms of offer are subject to change without notice.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to the contiguous United States.

What is your return policy?

Before your order has shipped...

If for any reason before your items have shipped you need to cancel or change your order we will be happy to!

After your item has shipped...

Returning Your Order

You are entitled to return Your Order within 30 days on non-custom products or items without any personalization, except in cases of shipping damages or manufacturing defects. The deadline for returning an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to return your order, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


Conditions for Returns


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.


Product replacements:

If for any reason your items are defective or damaged, just send us an email within 30 days of your purchase; explaining the problem and photos of the damages and, we will send replacements to you.


The processing time for the items will still apply.
